9/365


a very badly composed fotie of my lovely masala dabba filled with all the stuff to make a lovely cup of chai. I'm drinking some now!

That sounds so nice. Is it hard to mix up?

Not at all... i just take a pinch of everything (not too much clove, slightly more cardamom) and bung it all into the pestle & mortar. Grind it up, and add it with a little loose black or rooibos tea into one of those mesh tea balls, and then put that into a pan of milky water (i use a 50:50 ratio) heating on the hob. Then add sugar to taste. Bob's yer uncle!
